Rare distinction of being the first and the only Indian member of ACOS - American - European Congress of Ophthalmic Surgery First Indian to be designated Authorized Medical Examiner for Civil Aviation Authority from Gatwick Airport, London with over 45000 successful laser surgical procedures spread across 30 years of active practice to his credit, Dr. Kasu Prasad Reddy, Founder and Co-Chairman of Maxivision Eye Hospitals is the foremost laser-assisted eye surgery expert in the country. Qualified from Guntur Medical College, Dr. Reddy accomplished his MS in General Surgery from Stanley Medical college. Having started out as a General surgeon, he left India for UK in 1978. After 4 years of Orthopedics and Accident & Emergency, followed by 1 year of Neurosurgery, in 1983 he eventually chose Ophthalmology as his specialty at Doncaster Royal Infirmary. He then went on to achieve DO from Dublin in 1985 and attained MRC (Ophtho) from London in the year 1986.

Meet Dr. C. Sharat Babu, the man who established Sharat Laser Eye Hospital – a NABH certified and QCI approved eye hospital in the city of Warangal. He is also an expert Cataract Surgeon with more than 25 years of experience in the field. Dr. Sharat Babu had been leading a team of dedicated super-specialist doctors giving light to over a million patients and has to his credit of carrying out 1 lakh cataract surgeries by the Phacoemulsification technique. He was also the first practitioner to carry out Phaco surgery in the Telangana state in 1995 and has trained many ophthalmic surgeons on the latest trends in Phaco surgery. He is associated with the Manipal Academy of Higher Education for training Postgraduates in Ophthalmic surgeries and was the past President for Andhra Pradesh Ophthalmological Society (APOS). He is currently the Chairman of the Academic Research Committee of the Society as well. Recently he has joined hands with us, Maxivision, under the joint name – Sharat Maxivision Super Speciality Eye Hospitals, to be the leading eye care network across different locations of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh with a combined experience of 50 years.

Sudheer brings with him a rich experience of over 20 years in Eye Care Business Management. Most recently he was the Director of Operations with Vasan Eye Care Group, where he worked for 15 years. During his tenure at Vasan, he was responsible for establishing and operating more than 82 eye hospitals across India and Sri Lanka. In particular, he was directly involved as Business Head of 50 eye hospitals in Tamil Nadu and Kerala managing more than 150 Ophthalmologists and 4,000+ Employees. Briefly, he was also involved in establishing Eye Q Super Speciality Hospitals in North and was part of their Leadership Team.
